“Master The Art of Manifestation & Desire is one of the workshops run at the Holistic Healing Centre in Anand Niketan, South Delhi. It is held in small groups, in a warm and unhurried atmosphere, and it is built around a single working principle: we are the co-creators of our realities, and we are indeed powerful beings.”

Why Most Manifestation Attempts Fail
The popular version of manifestation is missing two things, and the omissions are the whole problem.
The first is state. Visualising while your mind is racing and your attention is fragmented does very little. The work is done in a deeply relaxed, highly focused state — the Theta brainwave state — where attention becomes single-pointed and the subconscious is genuinely accessible. Trying to manifest in ordinary busy consciousness is like trying to whisper across a crowded room.
The second is contradiction. You can visualise a loving relationship for an hour a day while carrying an unexamined belief that you are fundamentally not the kind of person who gets one. The belief wins. It is older, it is deeper, and it runs continuously while the visualisation runs for twenty minutes. This is why clearing limiting beliefs is not an optional add-on to manifestation work — it is most of the work.

The Key Ingredients
The workshop is organised around six ingredients, each of which people routinely get wrong on their own.
- «Clarity about what you want. Not a vague direction but something specific enough to recognise if it arrived. Most people are far vaguer than they think, and the vagueness is often protective.
- «Connecting to how you feel when you visualise. The feeling is the active ingredient. A detailed picture with no emotional charge does very little.
- «Visualising and feeling as if already received. Not wanting it, not waiting for it — occupying it. The difference between longing for something and inhabiting it is the difference the whole process turns on.
- «Addressing limiting beliefs and doubts. The part everyone wants to skip, and the part that determines the outcome.
- «Trusting the process fully. Which in practice means not checking every three days whether it has worked yet, because that checking is itself a statement of doubt.
- «Being completely open to receiving. A surprising number of people are far better at wanting than at accepting, and will unconsciously turn away the thing when it arrives.

What the Day Involves
The workshop is experiential rather than lecture-based. You will spend most of it doing the practices rather than hearing about them.
You leave with a practice you can run yourself, not a memory of a good day.
- «Learning to reach and hold the deeply relaxed, focused state the work depends on — guided, so you are not left to find it alone
- «Getting genuinely specific about what you are working towards, which is often the most uncomfortable part of the day
- «Building the visualisation with full sensory and emotional detail, and learning the difference between watching it and being inside it
- «Surfacing the beliefs and doubts that sit against it, and working directly on them
- «The step-by-step process itself, taught in a form you can repeat at home without a facilitator
- «Working out what action the process is pointing you towards, because intention that never becomes action stays intention

An Honest Word About Claims
This subject attracts extravagant promises, so here is a plain position. Directing conscious intention from a deeply relaxed, focused state changes what you notice, what you believe is available to you, and what you are willing to attempt. Those are real changes and they have real consequences.
What is not claimed is that visualisation alone produces outcomes without action, that it overrides circumstance, or that it can substitute for medical treatment. It will not cure illness. If someone tells you otherwise, be careful. Manifestation work aligns you with what you want and removes the internal obstacles to going after it. You still have to go after it.

Who Comes
People at a turning point, mostly. Someone deciding whether to change career, someone who has been single a long time and suspects the reason is internal, someone building a business, someone who has achieved what they set out to achieve and found it did not land the way they expected.
It is also useful for people who are sceptical but curious. Scepticism is not a barrier here — the practices work on attention and belief, and you can test the results against your own life rather than taking anyone's word.
It is not the right setting if you are currently in crisis or dealing with significant depression or anxiety. Group workshop work assumes a reasonably stable starting point. In that situation, individual counselling — available at the same centre — is the appropriate place to begin.

Questions & Answers
Everything you need to know before booking your first session.
Do I need any experience with meditation?+
No. The relaxed, focused state is reached through guidance, so you are not expected to arrive knowing how to get there. Complete beginners do this workshop regularly, and people who have tried meditating alone without success often find the guided version much easier.
What if I cannot visualise clearly?+
Plenty of people do not see clear mental images and some see nothing at all. It does not prevent the work. The feeling is the essential component, not the picture, and the process can be run through sensation or a felt sense of the scene instead.
Is this connected to Theta Healing?+
They use the same brainwave state and there is genuine overlap. Theta Healing is a one-to-one therapeutic method for resolving limiting beliefs and stuck energy, offered separately at the centre. This workshop is a group session focused on the manifestation process specifically. People who find the belief-clearing portion most useful often go on to book Theta Healing individually.
How large are the groups?+
Small. All workshops here run in a warm, supportive, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, which is not possible in a large room. Get in touch for current dates and group size.
Can I do this one-to-one instead?+
Yes. If group settings do not suit you, the same material can be covered in individual sessions, and this suits people who want it applied closely to one specific situation. Mention it when you enquire.
Where is it held?+
At the Holistic Healing Centre, D-96 Anand Niketan, New Delhi 110021, convenient for Vasant Vihar, Shanti Niketan and the surrounding South Delhi neighbourhoods. Contact the centre for upcoming dates.
