What Is and Is Not Claimed
Reiki is a relaxation and energy practice. People consistently report deep rest, reduced anxiety, better sleep and relief from the sense of being permanently braced. Those reports are common enough to take seriously.
What is not claimed: Reiki does not cure disease, does not replace medical treatment, and no one here will suggest you delay or decline anything a doctor has prescribed. Any practitioner who tells you otherwise should be left alone.
Where it fits well is alongside medical care, during recovery, through grief, or across a long stretch of stress that has left you depleted.
How a Distance Session Works
At an agreed time you lie down somewhere quiet where you will not be disturbed for the session. You need do nothing at all — no technique, no particular belief, no effort. Falling asleep is common and is not a failure.
Afterwards you receive a note on what was noticed and anything worth attending to.
Some clients prefer to stay on a video call throughout; others prefer the session held silently while they rest away from a screen. Both work equally well, and the choice is yours.
Why Distance Work Suits Dubai
Privacy, first. A great many people in the Emirates would rather not attend a wellness centre where they might be recognised, and distance work removes that concern completely.
Practicality, second. Traffic between emirates makes a weekly evening appointment in Dubai a real commitment for someone living in Sharjah or Ajman. Nothing has to be travelled to here.

Reiki Classes and Attunement
Reiki training and attunement to Master level is taught, including for students in the UAE. Distance attunement is an accepted practice within the Usui lineage and is how a great deal of international teaching is now done.
Levels one and two are usually taken a few weeks apart with practice in between. Master level is a substantially larger commitment and is not something to rush into simply because it is available.

Does distance Reiki work as well as hands-on?+
Practitioners in the Usui lineage hold that it does, and client reports are comparable. Stated honestly: the evidence for both rests on reported experience rather than clinical trial data, and that is worth knowing before you book.
Do I need to believe in it?+
No. Scepticism is entirely welcome. What is asked is that you genuinely rest for the agreed period instead of carrying on with your day.
Can Reiki replace medical treatment?+
No. It is not a treatment for disease and must not be used in place of medical care. Continue with your doctor, your medication and your treatment plan.
Is this regulated in the UAE?+
Complementary therapies delivered inside the UAE fall under health-authority regulation. This practice operates from India and works at a distance, which places it outside that framework — stated plainly rather than left vague.
When are sessions held?+
At a time that suits you. India is only ninety minutes ahead of the UAE, so almost any hour works, including late evening if you would rather receive the session as you fall asleep.
How will I know anything happened?+
Most people notice warmth, heaviness or a clear drop in tension, and many fall asleep. Some feel nothing during and simply sleep unusually well that night. Some notice nothing at all, and that is reported back honestly rather than talked up.
What if I am struggling and need more than this?+
Reiki is a relaxation practice. It is not a mental health service and it is not a crisis service.
